Shipping and Return Policies

We are excited to finally be selling parts online! Please do not hesitate to give us a call if you have any questions, need help navigating our parts lookup, or want to make sure that you are ordering the correct item(s).

Before placing an order, please make sure that you read our shipping and return policies.


Shipping Policy

When you order parts on our website, you have the option to pick them up at the store or have them shipped to you via UPS. Freight is free on all orders above $250.00. For all orders below that, you will be charged a flat rate of $9.95. We also offer 2nd Day Air ($22.00), and Next Day Air ($39.00). All Next Day Air orders must be placed by 1pm or you will not receive it the following day.

If a return is necessary, the customer is responsible for providing the return freight and will not be credited original shipping costs.

*Please note that if a part you ordered is on backorder, we will contact you. Your credit card will not be charged until we have your approval.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that contains your tracking number. This may take up to 24 hrs.

Return Policy

If you have any questions at all while looking up the parts you need, please give us a call. In the event that a return must be made, you are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please note: WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
